- What counts as a call?
- A call is any audio or video recording you upload for analysis. Each successfully analysed recording counts as one call against your monthly limit.
- What happens if I reach my limit?
- We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. If you reach it, you can upgrade your plan or wait until your next billing cycle. We won't cut you off mid-conversation.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- What file formats do you support?
- We support MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM, OGG for audio, and MP4, WebM, MOV for video. Maximum file size is 500MB, maximum duration is 2 hours.
- How long does analysis take?
- Most calls are analysed within 3-5 minutes. Longer calls (60+ minutes) may take up to 10-15 minutes. We'll email you when it's ready.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use your recordings to train our AI. We're committed to UK/EU data residency and GDPR compliance.
- Do you offer annual billing?
